When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. ZionFX will not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
ZionFX offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans. Payments are processed through third-party gateways, and users agree to comply with their terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, and ZionFX reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with prior notice.
All content, algorithms, tools, and materials provided through ZionFX are the intellectual property of Tiidon Innovations Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our app and its contents is strictly prohibited. Violators may face account suspension and legal action.

ZionFX is continuously updated to improve functionality and security. Users will be notified of planned updates or maintenance via email and in-app notifications. ZionFX is not liable for losses incurred during periods of downtime.
ZionFX and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, data loss, or interruptions in service. Use of the app is at your own risk.
The app may include integrations with brokers or third-party services (e.g., live market data from Deriv). ZionFX is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or disruptions caused by these third-party services.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Zambia and the United Kingdom. In the event of a dispute, users agree to resolve issues through arbitration or mediation, as applicable. The jurisdiction and venue for any disputes will be determined by Tiidon Innovations Limited.
ZionFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in prohibited activities. Subscriptions may also be canceled without refund in such cases.
